Wellness, SPA House Rules:

1. The use of the Thermal Hotel Vesta wellness and spa facility (hereinafter referred to as "the facility") is only allowed in accordance with the HOUSE RULES. By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge that the rules are applicable to them. Failure to comply with these rules may result in service denial or removal from the facility.
2. The wellness area is open for hotel guests from 09:00 to 21:00. External guests can use the wellness area and pools from 11:00 to 21:00.

Room Safe

Our rooms are equipped with a digital in-room safe. Please use them to protect your valuables.
The hotel only accepts responsibility for valuables placed in the central safe at the reception.

Room Amenities

The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe mirror, luggage rack, nightstand, and shoehorn. Each room has its own bathroom.

Room Darkening

The rooms are equipped with curtains, pull-down blackout blinds, and shutters.

Room Account

You can charge your consumption in the restaurant or bar to your room account during your stay.

Room Service

Our room service is available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. You can choose from the à la carte menu and the drink menu in our restaurant. After 9:00 PM, only sandwiches are available from our food offerings.

“Make Up Room”

Daily room cleaning takes place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you would like cleaning at a different time, please inform the reception and place the “Make Up Room” sign outside your door.

Blanket

If you need an extra blanket, please inform the reception.

Telephone

A mobile phone is available at the reception if you do not have your own device or prefer not to use it.

Toiletries

In addition to the bathroom amenities, you can purchase toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and shaving cream at the reception.

Towels

Each bathroom is equipped with one towel and one bath sheet per guest.

Towel Exchange

At your request, towels can be exchanged free of charge daily. Please notify the reception.

Transfer Service

Please inform the reception in advance, and we will be happy to assist you with your transfer needs.

The rooms are equipped with modern color LED TVs. We offer a wide range of local and international satellite TV channels in the hotel.

Seating

Each room contains comfortable seating for each bed, plus one additional chair/armchair and a small table.

Needles and thread are available free of charge at the reception.

A sufficient number of hangers is provided in the rooms.
