You can book a room directly on our website, by phone, or by email. We recommend using the website for instant confirmation and the best available rates.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), SZÉP cards (OTP, MBH, K&H), and cash payments on-site.

3. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: From 14:00

Check-out: Until 11:00

Our wellness area can be used free of charge on both check-in and check-out days during opening hours (09:00 - 21:00).

4. What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel later, the hotel may charge one night’s stay.

5. Is there parking available at the hotel?

Yes, we offer free parking for our guests, and no prior notice is required.

6. What wellness services are available?

Our wellness area is free for guests, including thermal pools (35-38°C), available every day of the year. The pools use water from our own thermal well.

External guests must book in advance, and the wellness area is open from 09:00 to 21:00.

7. Is the hotel family- and pet-friendly?

Yes, the hotel is both family- and pet-friendly. All rooms are available for pets (up to 15 kg) for an additional fee. Baby equipment (crib, high chair) is also available upon request.

8. What dining options are available?

Our restaurant offers meals during the following hours:

Breakfast: 07:00-10:00

Lunch: 12:00-17:00

Dinner: 18:00-21:00
